ERIN has been selected for two prestigious standing offer arrangements and is an ongoing advisor to a number of important public and private organizations.

• A GOLD Award for Citizens First from the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) for Innovation, 2000.
• A SILVER Award for Citizens First from the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM) for Innovation, 2001.
• A GOLD Award for the Peel Employee Engagement Study for the Region of Peel’s Employment Engagement Study (B.E.S.T.) at the Public Sector Service Quality Fair, 2003 for Best-in-Class Performance.
• The ERIN study of Peel's Financial Assistance Services was used as part of the Region of Peel’s successful submission for the National Quality Institute’s PEP Level 4. Peel is the only Canadian jurisdiction to achieve Level 4.
